Preparing to Do Your Eagle Project:
1. Before starting your project, download and read the following documents. The information in them will help you to efficiently do your project.

Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Requirements and Instructions from Mr. Coggiola of the Stanford District. He is the person that approves your project proposal. His nine-page document explains all of the things he is looking for when he meets with you to approve it.

Eagle Project Workbook. You will need to fill this out as you work on the project. A copy in Word format can be found at: http://www.nesa.org/how-to-manuals.html

Eagle Checklist, created by Mr. Luedtke. This is a step by step checklist from beginning to end of the Eagle Process.
2. Get an L2E (Life to Eagle) Advisor. The advisor, assigned to you by the troop, will help you as you plan your project and develop the proposal. Contact Mr. Cameron or Mr. Luedtke to get an advisor

The Eagle applications requires you to write a:
- Statement of your ambitions and life purpose
- Listing of positions held in your religious institution, school, camp, community, or other organizations during which you demonstrated leadership skills. Include honors and awards received during this service.
